Shipping Policy
We send our packages by Israel Post and all available methods of delivery and tracking are available through them www.israelpost.co.il .
All purchases over 800 NIS receive free express shipping.
Tracking numbers will be placed in to your account, under “my orders” for tracking methods that produce tracking codes.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 30 days from the day of purchase for any single cards and sealed product in its original plastic packaging. Refund will be provided upon receiving the products back in our warehouse and products are inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as they were released to you.
Family Collectibles reserves the right to refuse any refund request if product tampering is suspected.
